What makes your book different from others in your genre? This book and its series are bold and full-on. They apologize for nothing and highlight characters living in “the lifestyle” of dominant/submissive, ménage, multiple partners etc.. and how they make their situations work for them.
Why should readers buy your book? It’s an unusual twist to find HEA erotica where the main heroine comes away with more than she hoped for, even if its unconventional.
What is the one thing you wish you knew about being a writer before you started your book? How to streamline the process of actually writing which has taken several years of ironing out the wrinkles – and I am still learning.
Where do you draw your inspiration from to write your books? Vivienne was born out of the need to let loose and have complete artistic license to write the stories that buck the trend. All of those “behind closed-doors” stories that friends have passed on over the years that can only be shared out in the open in a fictional world.
What would you like to say to your readers? Enjoy yourself. Indulge in the fantasy and just in my books for what they are – pure fantasy. Never apologize for needing to let your hair down and kick your feet up and read a steamy book!
